Update: National Weather Service officially announced it was an EF-1 Tornado that struck and damaged 21 homes in the Denair Community with winds from 86 to 110 mph.

Headlight Restore DIY Before/After Results! = MUCH better than the kits
This video shows the before/after results of my Headlight Restoration with the products mentioned below. This is NOT a Headlight Restoration Kit. Some of these items I already had on hand and the additional items I had to buy cost about the same as a "One time Kit", but now I have dozens of applications I can use. Why buy a 1 time kit for the same price when you can have the product on hand to do it whenever you need it done! Some people suggesting restoring headlights with toothpaste, bug spray, 3M, Meguires or TurtleWax headlight restoration kits, but after lots of research from other people's reports online, I found these group of products to be superior in fixing those oxidized foggy headlights. and make them look new again. Headlight restore before and after. 1. Used Finish 2001 Car Polish + Mothers Power Ball Tool on a battery operated drill. 2. Followed up by No. 7 Clearcoat Polishing Compound on the Mothers Power Ball Tool and the drill. 3. Finished off with BlueMagic Headlight Lens Sealer on a soft terry cloth towel. Cost was about the same as a standard headlight restore kit, BUT with a Kit you get one to two sets of headlights. This can be used for many, many sets. Plus, the Lens Sealer has extremely high reviews for lasting longer than the standard kits do. All in all, about 30 minutes per headlight. Touring Kennedy Space Center has long been a dream of ours and we finally got the chance recently. We got to see the full rocket garden including the 223 feet long Saturn 1B rocket as well as touring inside the awesome Atlantis exhibit to see the Space Shuttle Atlantis on full display. After seeing the Kennedy Space Center Atlantis Exhibit, we took the extended bus tour which drove us by the Assembly Building as well as past the large launch pads where the space shuttles launched as well as future flights will launch from as well. This was recorded with a GoPro Hero 3 Black. Music by Electric Mirrors "Report of an Unidentified Space Station"

Compilation of an intense round of disc golf in the hills of east Tennessee! One of the most important things about any fitness program is how it is going to translate into daily life. How are you going to use that new level of physical fitness in the real world? For me being physically fit means that I can march up and down the hills of a mountainous disc golf course when I feel the desire to! When I don't have to worry about getting tired from just hiking around, then I can focus all my mental and physical energy on the technical aspects of throwing the disc and trying to best navigate the course.

Sometimes you just have to learn to embrace the grind and fight through to reach your end goal. When attacking the task of getting my first muscle up during 15.3, I failed repeated, rep and rep, for over 9 minutes. Coach Gus just kept telling me "once you feel yourself getting on top, you just have to fight through that discomfort and hold on! Then you will have it!". And he was definitely right. This can carry over into any obstacle your trying to get past: there will be times where you are uncomfortable, but learning to dig deep and get through them is the only way to get where you want to be.
Sometimes you just have to learn to embrace the grind and fight through to reach your end goal. Digital Piano Outputs: Connect And Record Your Keyboard Lesson 2 This is the second video in our complete guide to connecting and recording your keyboard on your PC, iPad or Mac. In the first video in this series you learned the difference between Audio recording (recording the SOUND of your keyboard) and MIDI recording (transmitting performance data to and from your digital piano. In this second video we will take a close look at the back of some typical digital pianos and MIDI keyboards so you can see exactly where the sound (audio) is transmitted from, and where the MIDI data goes in and out. Somewhere on your digital piano or keyboard you will have a line out, or aux out, or at least a headphone output so that you can connect and audio cable and record the sound. You can either connect this output directly to your computer - something we will look at in the next video - or you can connect it up to an audio interface (again we will look at this in detail later on). You will probably have standard MIDI ports so that you can use your keyboard or piano as a MIDI controller, and/or you may have the ability to connect your keyboard via USB. In fact USB is becoming the standard and often you won't have the MIDI ports. Generally you cannot record the SOUND of your keyboard or piano from the USB connection, it is for transmitting MIDI information. So you can use your keyboard as a MIDI controller via USB. And you might be able to save and edit song data if your keyboard allows this. (This is a common feature of Yamaha and Casio keyboards).
